Classes 

Volleyball Performance ​

The main focus of the volleyball classes will be strength, explosiveness, and agility. Athletes will perform exercises that have similar neuromotor recruitment patterns of jumping which will help improve their vertical jump. Fast twitch muscle fiber training also increases the athlete's speed and agility on the court. Athletes that can jump higher and run faster will have more opportunities to make an effective play on the ball increasing their number of blocks, digs, and kills.
The secondary focus of the class will be injury prevention. Insufficient muscular development, lack of neurological experience and not knowing proper landing technique after a jump can play a huge role in lower body injuries. Strength training can help to overcome these weaknesses. Properly strength trained athletes minimize undue stresses upon the joints and connective tissues which leads to less injuries.

Sports Performance

Sports Performance takes basic training principles from all sports and apply them to the class. Dynamic Warm Up, Core Activation, Power Development, Total Body Strengthening, Prehab, Stability, Balance, Speed and Agility is the focus of this class.

Speed and Agility 8U

The 8U class focuses on the basic fundamentals of athletic performance and encourages physical activity to be considered fun. Footwork, Linear Speed, Agility, and Acceleration exercises are performed by the young athlete.

Get Your Fascia Right!  ​

A recovery class that incorporates myofascial release and Chinese Cupping. “Fascia” refers to the connective tissues of the body, and “myo” means muscle. Research has indicated that fascia, like muscle, contracts and relaxes and is a key player in joint mobility and stability. Training, playing sports and going through the course of daily life, injuries, stresses and strains can cause the fascia to form restrictions. Myofascial release can lengthen the connective tissues surrounding the muscles, allowing our bodies to maintain or even regain flexibility, power and strength, while preventing future injuries.

College Prep

​College Prep is a higher level of the sports performance program. Sports Performance takes basic training principles from all sports and apply them to the class. Dynamic Warm Up, Core Activation, Power Development, Total Body Strengthening, Prehab, Stability, Balance, Speed and Agility are the focus of this program. Athletes in this class are currently in college, aspire to play in college, and have 6 months of previous Sports Performance training.

Post Injury Rehab 
​

 This Program is for all athletes that have completed their rehab at PT after surgery or serious injury and are ready for their next phase in their return to play. The mental and emotional part of coming back from an injury is a huge part of the battle. This program addresses those aspects and focuses on getting the athlete back to competition level by concentrating on regaining overall athleticism, core strength, functional movements related to your sport, and confidence.

Myofascial Release Chinese Cupping

A one on one session for an injured or an athlete that needs extra attention with their recovery. Private sessions are tailored towards the sport specific or weight room goals of the individual athlete.
